Our Founder’s Story

Skill Ads was founded by Tanmoy Biswas, a digital marketing professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the IT and online marketing industry.

He began his freelancing career on Upwork as an SEO expert, working with international clients to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and long-term brand growth. Over time, his expertise expanded into paid advertising, campaign strategy, and conversion-focused marketing.

Tanmoy holds:

  • BA (Honours) in English Literature

  • MA in English Literature

  • Diploma in Digital Marketing

This strong academic and professional foundation enhances Skill Ads’ approach to communication, ad copywriting, and brand messaging, ensuring campaigns are not only data-driven but also linguistically precise, persuasive, and audience-focused.

In addition, he has practical experience in graphic design and video editing, allowing Skill Ads to maintain better creative control over ad visuals and video content—especially for social media and YouTube advertising.

In 2024, Tanmoy founded Skill IT Academy, an initiative focused on training and mentoring aspiring digital marketers. Through hands-on teaching and real campaign execution, the need for a dedicated, client-focused advertising agency became clear—leading to the formation of Skill Ads.
